Into business
Founder, Frank Massa starts in the jewelry trade in Elkhart, the beginning of 50+ years in Midwest business.
- 1983
One duplex
SLM Management buys its first rental, a duplex on Cone Street. Still owned to this day.
- 1999+
Nine storefronts
Our affiliate D-Flawless grows to nine retail and lending stores, all in buildings owned by SLM.

Commercial and residential properties across Indiana, Michigan and Ohio, kept up by our own crews.

Frank Massa
Frank started in the jewelry trade and spent a decade with Bulova, then bought SLM's first rental property in 1983. After serving as Director of Logistics at Accra Pac, he founded Mach One Packaging in 2001. Today he leads D-Flawless Enterprises Inc., the family of companies that includes SLM Management. The next generation of the Massa family works in the businesses day to day alongside other expert associates.
